This magically healing session booking is for one person each (Hiking & Yoga in Sedona for approximately 3 hours). Group rates. PLEASE NOTE FOR JULY-SEPTEMBER: Due to the heat, we will meet earlier in the day at Sunrise or 7am and/or Sunset. You may customize your session. Email me once booked and we can create the perfect group session. Grounding has a powerful healing benefit on our mind, body and soul. And even more in the Sedona's Vortex energies! Maggie intuitively chooses the right vortex for your Yoga experience (from Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Sugarloaf and more). Maggie is available for private group sessions in your Home, Air BNB and other locations within Sedona as well! Hike on the sacred lands connecting to the healing powers of nature. Experience magical yoga from gentle yoga, yin yoga to vinyasa flow. Breathwork is linked with movement deepening your practice. Sacred sound healing with tuning forks and drum, crystals, feathers and more may be called during your yoga session. In Savasana you will integrate your healing journey and receive gentle energy healing. The more open you are, the more you will receive. This session will bring up extactly what you are meant to receive in your Now moment. Listen to the call of your soul. It is my passion to assist you in raising your frequency, reaching your highest potential and coming into your authentic alignment through this ascension we are all going through now. Maggie is a certified Yoga Instructor, Yoga Teacher Trainer and Healer. You are in good hands with Maggie as you guide on this magical Yoga Hiking experience.
