Energy cannot be destroyed or created; only transformed. DIVINE MESSAGE: Energy cannot be destroyed or created; only transformed. We can turn our pain or fear into strength...into something we can use. Rather than being stuck in the loop of that pain or fear, allow it to exist and then move through you and allow it to change as you process all you need to process. Focus on that pain or fear as energy because that's what it is. Once you see it for what it is, take any actions needed to be taken (meaning do that work), then see that energy and change it. Actually visualize it, sense it, feel it and/or hear it. See it change! We are that powerful and magical to change the energy. We are energy as well.
Use the power of your healing hands to transmute the energy. Shrink down that situation right into your hands and visualize an electric blue ball of energy transmuting the situation or fear into either pure energy or something more positive and uplifting! If you transmute it into energy...you can then send that energy down into the Earth to do with it what it will for the highest and best good of all. The Earth transmutes energy as well. You can simply take that situation that you've shrunk down and send it into the Earth for full transmutation or up to the Universe for transmutation.

Another amazing thing you can do is send powerful, healing, loving, happy and/or peaceful energy into a ball of energy in your hands. Keep sending till it's all filled up. See it, feel it and enjoy sending. Then take that ball of energy you've crafted and send it into your heart center. Enjoy filling yourself back up. Do this as many times you need to throughout the day.
